pk24u (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online betting and casino service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pk24u and its registered members ("users").

Account Responsibility
The user is fully responsible for their account. pk24u is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account. It is your responsibility to keep your account information secure and to notify us of any suspicious activity via our 24/7 live chat.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
pk24u strictly does not permit anyone under the age of 21 to use the platform. At the time of registration, users must confirm that they are at least 21 years of age.
Identity Verification Process
pk24u reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested where necessary:
- A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
- Additional documents for payment method verification.
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. pk24u reserves the right to close the account if documents are not provided.
Deposits and Withdrawals

Rules for Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The name of the depositor and the name on the account must be the same.
- Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.
Rules for Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes.

Bonuses and Promotions
pk24u offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements, which must be read carefully before accepting a bonus.
Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (meaning you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount).
- This bonus applies only once on the first deposit.
- Making a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion must be completed within a specified time limit.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash and are only withdrawable after the required wagering has been completed.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, the same IP address or a VPN may result in account termination.
- pk24u reserves the right to change, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier (Bronze: 0.3%, Silver: 0.6%, Gold: 0.9%, Platinum: 1.2%, Diamond: 1.5%).
Betting Rules
All types of bets and games on pk24u are governed by specific rules. It is advisable to read the individual rules of each game before starting to play.
General Rules of Play
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The result of any game affected by a software error or technical failure will be considered void.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
- In cricket and other sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Slot game results are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable.
Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or device problem, the system automatically saves the state. The game can be resumed once the connection is restored. However, pk24u does not accept any liability for losses in such cases.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk24u platform. Violating these rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.
- Placing bets using automated bots, scripts or software.
- Intentionally exploiting any error or vulnerability in the game system.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Threatening, harassing or defrauding other users.
- Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from an unauthorized region.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Conducting transactions using another person's payment method or information.
Responsible Gaming

Account Closure and Termination
The user or pk24u authority may close an account at any time.
Account Closure by User
- An account closure request can be made at any time via 24/7 live chat.
- Any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
- If a self-exclusion request is made for responsible gaming reasons, the account will be restricted for a specified period.
Account Termination by pk24u
- An account may be closed immediately in the event of any violation of these terms and conditions.
- If fraudulent activity is proven, the balance may be forfeited.
- Long-term inactive accounts (more than 12 months) may be closed with prior notice.
- Any valid balance in a terminated account will be returned through a designated process.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
